This product is a discounted “prepaid carpet cleaning deal,” which can be redeemed at any time when you’re ready to schedule your appointment. Additional services or changes may be made during scheduling or during your appointment.After scheduling your appointment, one of our service providing experts will arrive at your home to beautify your carpets. It usually requires anywhere from one to two hours for a carpet tech to evaluate and complete our 4-step all natural cleaning method. We recognize the specific needs of each individual home and, over the last 7 years in business, we’ve developed the following suggested appointment structure:
- Evaluate & Educate: Your provider will begin by moving any light furniture and making note of all the areas and items that need attention. After thoroughly examining all necessary areas, our service providers will be happy to show you a few simple techniques that will make your carpet look better and last longer.
- Pre-treat: A vigorous raking and vacuuming will dislodge grimy particles and an eco-friendly, pet & child safe pretreatment will be applied to stubborn spots and heavily soiled areas.
- Cleanse: Your pretreated carpets will then be massaged with a natural enzyme based solution that organically digests dirt and oils. This will effectively encapsulate & crystalize mud, allergens, irritants, pollen, and more making it easy to vacuum up and be removed.
- Dry: Unlike other carpet cleaning techniques that waste water and are prone to mold & mildew, our unique low moisture solutions take no time to dry (about two hours) and won’t leave behind any soap residue or water puddles.
