Our process begins with dry extraction, using a nylon pile brush to agitate and lift particles from the base of the carpet fibers. This step prepares the carpet for deeper cleaning that occurs during the vacuuming stage.
Once the carpet fibers have been agitated, the dust and dirt are ready to be removed with a high-powered vacuum cleaner. Your technician will be meticiulous removing the majority of the dust, dirt, and debris, leaving behind fats and oils (protein).
During this step, we apply the specially formulated enzyme pretreatment that will deeply penetrate the remaining dirt and residue; this will separate the dirt from the carpet fibers. The solution is safe for children and pets.

As the carpet dries, the natural enzymes evaporate, leaving the carpet clean, fresh-smelling, and free from sticky residues. *Avoid vacuuming for 48 hours after your carpet-cleaning appointment. Vacuuming too soon may disrupt the encapsulation process.
